ADVANCED PLACEMENT PROGRAM(R)
The College Board, a national educational membership organization, has
an immediate full-time opportunity for an Arts curriculum and content
expert to support Arts curriculum and assessment work for the Advanced
Placement Program (AP(R)). There is a strong preference for this
position to be located in Atlanta or in New York City.
Requirements include a master's degree in an arts or music field,
although a doctorate in a related discipline is desirable, plus
extensive classroom teaching experience. Experience with instructional
design, curriculum development, and implementation of professional
development is desirable. A strong background in adult learning is
required. Other requirements include superior public communications
skills, strong computer skills, and the ability to conduct research on
instructional topics, methods, and media.
