Fine Art Starts at the Carnegie Center Gallery seeks Elementary and Secondary (through High School) Art Teachers for the second-annual November monthly exhibit themed, “Beyond the Demos”.  This show was created so teachers can share their own artwork that reaches beyond the demos usually created for students during class times at school.

Show co-sponsored by OAEA and Fine Art Starts!

We are looking for professional artwork in any medium that is anything from fun and whimsical to serious and thought-provoking.

IMPORTANT DEADLINES
September 15 --- Artwork Submission deadline
September 18 --- Selected artists notified of acceptance by email
September 22 --- Digital image deadline for promotional postcard
October 10 --- Postcards/promotional material available for distribution
November 3 --- Physical artwork brought to Gallery  12-2pm
(volunteers needed to assist in hanging/labeling the show)
November 6 --- Opening Reception for Artists 6-8pm

Fine Art Starts retains 35% of all retail sales prices.  To submit your work, please email 3-5 digital photos directly to us at: fineart@teleport.com and/or submit your website to us if you have one.  Please include the size/scale of your work, retail price, and how many of your pieces will be available by November 3.
